This article was previously published under Q179359 SYMPTOMS
When you view or print Microsoft Outlook 98 calendar information in a
Daily, Weekly or Monthly style, the subject text does not wrap within each
day. If the text exceeds one line, the text is truncated.
WORKAROUND
To maximize the space for printing the subject in Daily and Weekly styles,
click Page Setup in the Print dialog box and click to remove the options to
include TaskPad and Notes area in the printout.
To maximize the space for printing the subject in the Monthly style, set
the option to Compress Weekend Days. This will compress Saturday and Sunday
to one column, allowing the other columns to be little wider and allow more
room for text.
To Compress Weekend Days, follow these steps:
- On the View Menu, point to Current View and then click Customize Current
View.
- On the View Summary dialog box, click Other Settings.
- In the Month section, click to select Compress Weekend Days, and then
click OK and OK.
NOTE: You can print a monthly calendar that word wraps daily appointments
within each day by using Office automation with Microsoft Word 97 for
Windows. Microsoft provides a free Outlook Calendar Template for Word 97,
which will automate this process.

monthly calendar with word wrapping appointments, please refer to:
