SYMPTOMS

During your Windows NT session, the following error message may be displayed:

<ServiceName> - DLL initialization failure Initialization of the
dynamic link library c:\windows\system32\user32.dll failed. The process
is terminating abnormally.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if Computer Associates ARCserve version 6.5 is installed on the computer.
