When you expand an inserted project, the Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled
(BCWS) changes to $0.00.
CAUSE
This problem occurs when you save the baseline for the inserted project
summary task before you expand the inserted project.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, expand the inserted task and then save the
baseline for the inserted project summary.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the versions of Microsoft
Project listed above.
