FIX: Problems Updating Using DBCombo When ListField = DataField (171802)

SYMPTOMS

Entering data with the DBCombo control may not update the underlying database if the ListField and DataField properties reference the same column.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a bug in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. This bug has been fixed in Visual Studio 97 Service Pack 2.
