FIX: RISC: CByte Doesn't Fail on Negative Values on Native Exe (171575)

In a native executable, passing a negative value to the CByte function does
not generate an error. It should cause an Overflow error.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a bug in the Microsoft products listed
at the beginning of this article. This bug has been corrected in the RISC
version of Visual Studio 97 Service Pack 2.
