Cannot Stop Ignoring a Person in a Whisper Box (170433)

SYMPTOMS

When you click Ignore User in a Whisper box to ignore a person in Microsoft Chat, you do not have the option to stop ignoring that person in the Whisper box.

RESOLUTION

To stop ignoring a person in a Whisper box, click the person's name in the Member list, and then click Ignore on the Member menu to clear the check mark.

MORE INFORMATION

If you ignore a person who is outside of your channel or chat room, you cannot stop ignoring that person until he or she joins the channel or chat room you are in.
