PRJ: Can't Link Tasks by Selecting Resource Assignment Row (170244)

You cannot link tasks together in task usage view by selecting the resource
assignment row for the task.
CAUSE
Because tasks are linked together on a task to task row basis, you cannot
select the assignment row to create a link between tasks.
RESOLUTION
To create a relationship between tasks, select the task row and then create
the link.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the versions of Microsoft
Project listed above.
