PI: ErrMsg: TWAIN Version Not Supported (167070)

When you click the Scan Picture or Digital Camera command in Picture It!
you may receive the following error.
TWAIN Version Not Supported
Picture It! has detected an older version of TWAIN.
Please reinstall Picture It!
This message is usually followed by the following error.
No Scanner Was Found (or) No Digital Camera Was Found
You must install a scanner (digital camera) and
its software before you can use this task.
The second error will occur even if you do have a scanner or digital camera
installed.
CAUSE
Picture It! requires Twain.dll version 1.6.0.1. Picture It! 2.0 requires
Twain.dll version 1.6.03 If this version is not available, or if the file
is not in the \Windows folder you receive the error.
RESOLUTION
Run Setup and reinstall Picture It!. Setup will copy the newer version of
Twain.dll to the correct location and register it in the Windows registry.
MORE INFORMATION
Some digital cameras and scanners overwrite the newer version of Twain.dll
when they are installed.
