Cannot Open Databases in Databases Folder (166919)

SYMPTOMS

When you double-tap Appointments Database, Contacts Database, or Tasks Database in the Databases folder on your Handheld PC (H/PC), a Properties dialog box opens, but the database is not opened.

CAUSE

These databases contain the information for the Appointment, Contacts, and Task programs. They cannot be opened by double-tapping.

RESOLUTION

To view the information in one of these databases, run the Appointment, Contacts, or Task program on your H/PC.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
