MORE INFORMATION

These steps replace the steps in the topic "Add an Internet address to your personal address book.":
  1. On the standard toolbar, click Address Book and click New Entry on the toolbar.
  2. In "Select the entry type", click Other Address.
  3. In "Put this entry" list, be sure that "In the Personal Address Book" option is selected and click OK. You do not need to open your personal address book to add names to it.
  4. In Display Name, type Debbie Abdul, then press TAB. This is how the name will appear in your personal address book.
  5. In Email Address, type dabdul@fitch_mather.com, and then press TAB.
  6. In E-mail Type, type Internet. This specifies the type of e-mail address you are adding.
  7. To preserve the formatting of your message, click "Always send to this recipient in Microsoft Exchange rich-text format" and click OK.

NOTE: If the recipient does not use an e-mail program that supports rich-text formatting, selecting this option will not preserve the formatting.
  8. On the File menu, click Close.
The new address is added to your personal address book.
