SYMPTOMS

SNA Server 3.0 Service Pack 1 contains updated drivers for Eicon WAN Adapters.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in SNA Server version 3.0. This problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft SNA Server 3.0 U.S. Service Pack. For information on obtaining the service pack, query on the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the spaces):

The drivers for Eicon WAN Adapters included in Service Pack 1 are the same drivers that Eicon includes in their latest release of Connections for Windows NT V4R1 with an additional fix for working with downstream PUs without XIDs.
