SBFM97: Axis Labels Missing on Profitability Chart (165612)

This article was previously published under Q165612 SYMPTOMS When you view GL Account Totals in the Profitability
Analysis workbook, the x-axis labels are missing or appear to be clipped on the
chart. CAUSE This problem occurs when you do the following:
- In the What-If Overview workbook, you click Profitability.
-and-
- In the Profitability Analysis dialog box, you click Totals.
In the Profitability Analysis workbook, the axis labels on the
chart appear to be missing or clipped because row 36 has a row height of 2.25
characters by default. WORKAROUND To display the axis labels on the chart, use the following
steps:
- In the Profitability Analysis workbook, click See Other
GLAccount in the Items list.
- In the See Other GLAccount dialog box, only include Totals
in the "GLAccount to be viewed in analysis" (in the right pane). Click
OK.
STATUS Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the
Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. This problem has
been fixed in the updated versions of the Quickbooks driver and Msapp.dll.
