GW 1.0: Problem Printing Project to HP 820C or 850C Printer (165585)

While you are printing specific card projects on a Hewlett Packard 820c or
850c, the printer stops, the paper no longer feeds, and Greetings Workshop
stops responding (hangs).
The following cards are among the ones that exhibit this problem.
- Birthday card for Laura
- Wedding card for Liz & Nathan
- Birthday card for Lindsay
CAUSE
The position of the graphic on the front page is causing the print job
to stop.
RESOLUTION
If you reposition the graphic on the front page, you may be able to resolve
the problem. To reposition the graphic, follow these steps:
- Click on the graphic on the front page.
- Move the graphic slightly in any direction.
- Print your project.
If the image on the front page is a background, you will need to remove the
background image and re-insert it.
WORKAROUNDSTATUS
Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in
the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
