Unable to Install the Network Service. Setup Cannot Continue. (164041)

When you install Microsoft Address Book Server, you may receive the
following error:
Unable to install the network service. Setup cannot continue.
The only option is to click OK. When you click OK, the setup for Microsoft
Address Book Server will exit.
NOTE: This error message also occurs when you attempt to install Internet
Locator Server or Address Book Server on Internet Information Server 4.0.
CAUSE
This error is caused by reinstalling the Microsoft Address Book Server
when
it was already previously installed. The Microsoft LDAP Service is
currently present on the system and needs to be removed before being
reinstalled.
RESOLUTION
You must uninstall Microsoft Address Book Server before you attempt to
reinstall. Click Start, point to Settings, and choose Control Panel,
Add/Remove Programs. Highlight Microsoft Address Book Server and click the
Add/Remove button. The following dialog box will be displayed:
The following application may interfere with the removal of this
program:
Internet Service Manager
All Internet Information Server Services
Key Manager
Event Viewer
Performance Monitor
SNMP Service
Make sure these programs are not running. Click OK to continue or click
Cancel to halt Uninstall.
Uninstall should complete successfully. Reinstall Microsoft Address Book
Server by running the Setup.exe program from the appropriate directory.
