SYMPTOMS

If you create a shortcut on your Handheld PC (H/PC) to Control Panel or the Recycle Bin and then double-click the shortcut in H/PC Explorer on your desktop computer, you receive one of the following error messages:
The item '{00314FE-0000-0000-C0000-000000000046}' that the shortcut refers to has been changed or moved. The item cannot be opened.


The item '{000214A1-0000-0000-C0000-000000000046}' that the shortcut refers to has been changed or moved. The item cannot be opened.
