To search specific folders for any e-mail message addressed or carbon copied to a specific person, follow these steps:
  1. On the Tools menu, click Find Items.
  2. In the Look For list, click Messages.
  3. Click Browse, select the folders you want to search, and then click OK.
  4. In the "Search for the word(s)" box, type the person's name as it appears in the e-mail message.
  5. From the "In" list, click "frequently-used text fields" and click Find Now.
The "frequently-used text fields" include the To, Cc, From, and Message fields. To narrow your search to specific fields, use the Advanced tab options in the Find dialog box.
