Mac Encarta 97: Print Output Differs From Expected (158656)

When you print from Encarta 97 for the Macintosh, the printout looks
different than what you would expect.
The following are some possible scenarios:
- The right side of page is cut off.
- Some or all of the words are printed in extremely light gray, but
generally the copyright is not affected.
RESOLUTION
Make sure you are using the correct printer driver for your printer. If
necessary, use the corresponding section below to resolve the problem.
Right Side of Page Cut Off- Adjust the printer margins to enable all of the text to print.
-or-
- Adjust printer settings so that the page prints in landscape mode.
Words Print Extremely Light (or not at all)- Adjust printer settings to print in Black and White mode.
-or-
- Copy the content and paste into SimpleText or another word
processor capable of accepting graphics and text. Print the items from
this program.
