SUMMARY

To share a slide show via email you can use Send Via Email, or you can attach the necessary files to a mail message if your mail server supports attaching files to messages.

NOTE: The person who receives your slide show must have Windows 95 or Windows NT version 3.51 or later to open it.

MORE INFORMATION

If you Send Via Email, the necessary files are attached to the message for you and the following instructions are appended to the message.
Microsoft Picture It! Slide Show Instructions: To install the Slide Show
Viewer, double-click on PISLIDE.EXE. Once the Viewer is installed, just
double-click on the Slide Show (.PSF) file attachment to view the show.
To save the Slide Show, choose Save As from the File menu.

If you compose the message by hand, attach two files to the message, your slide show (.psf) file and the Pislide.exe file from the \Program Files\Microsoft Picture It! folder. Also, include the instructions above.

NOTE: When the recipient double-clicks Pislide.exe the installer copies the file to the Windows folder and creates an association in the Registry between Slide Show files and Pislide.exe.
