SUMMARY

The Microsoft Internet Control Pack (also referred to as the Internet ActiveX Controls) is a series of ActiveX controls that gives developers direct access to the most up-to-date Internet protocols (WinSockTCP, WinSockUDP, FTP, HTTP, HTML, POP, SMTP, and NNTP) in applications developed using Microsoft Visual Basic, Visual FoxPro, Visual C++, and Access. While these controls are very powerful, support for them is limited.

HTTP ActiveX control (client)
NNTP ActiveX control (client)
POP ActiveX control (client)
SMTP ActiveX control (client)

WinSock UDP ActiveX control (client and server)
