This article was previously published under Q155537 SYMPTOMS
If the Microsoft Team Manager for team members Status report headings are
changed, the information is not merged into the team file Group Status
Report as expected.
MORE INFORMATION
The Status report information is merged into the Group Status report by
comparing the headings sent from the team member program with the headings
in Team Manager and inserting the information under the matching heading.
The process matches the headings exactly, including capitalization.
Likewise, if the headings in the Status report for the team manager are
modified, when Status report information is merged, if the correct headings
are not found, new headings are created to match the "correct" headings
from the Status report.
For example, in the Status Report tab of Microsoft Team Manager for team
members, you may see headings, such as Major Achievements and Hot Issues.
If you change "Major Achievements" to "major Achievements," then your
Status report information will not merge correctly into the team manager's
Status reports as found on the manager's Notebook tab.
