Invalid Page Fault in Shell32.DLL With Lightspeed NVS32 (155517)

SUMMARY

When you attempt to open or save a Word document located on a network drive, you get the following error message:
Winword caused an invalid page fault in module Shell32.dll

CAUSE

This problem occurs when you have installed the Wang SNA emulation package, LightSpeed NVS32 for Windows 95, version 1.0.5 or earlier.

STATUS

LightSpeed development has confirmed that this is a problem in LightSpeed NVS32 for Windows 95, version 1.0.5 and earlier. This problem has been fixed in LightSpeed NVS32 for Windows 95, version 1.0.6.

RESOLUTION

To eliminate this problem, install LightSpeed NVS32 for Windows 95, version 1.0.6. To obtain this product, contact LightSpeed Technical Support at (805) 326-8324.
