Custom filters, grouping, and sorting cannot access the Notes field.
CAUSE
You cannot perform these operations on a field that is stored as Rich Text,
such as the Notes field.
MORE INFORMATION
If you create a custom field, such as Text1, you can use it to filter,
group, or sort.
