The Office Shortcut Bar may take a long time to display a toolbar or may
cause unexpected behavior when a toolbar points to a directory that has a
large number of files.

Delete the following registry key
My Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office Shortcut Bar
\Toolbars\<toolbar name>
where <toolbar name> is the name of the toolbar or folder that was being
added.
For information about how to edit the registry, see the Changing Keys And
Values topic in Registry Editor Help (REGEDIT.EXE). Note that you should
make a backup copy of the registry files (SYSTEM.DAT and USER.DAT) before
you edit the registry.
WARNING: Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that
may require you to reinstall Windows 95. Microsoft cannot guarantee that
problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved.
Use Registry Editor at your own risk.

Delete the following registry key
