Using NET DIAG Produces French Output from NET.EXE (136298)

When you run NET DIAG using the NET.EXE file included on the Windows NT
3.51 Server CD in the \CLIENTS\WFW\UPDATE and NETSETUP directories, the
output is in French.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.51. We
are researching this problem and will post new information here as it
becomes available.
