If you want your publication to have two different background pages (one for odd pages and one for even pages), you can have Publisher automatically mirror the layout guides for you.

To set up two background pages with mirrored guides, do the following:
  1. On the Arrange menu (in Publisher for Windows 95) or the Layout menu (in earlier versions), click Layout Guides.
  2. Select the Create Two Background With Mirrored Guides check box.
  3. Click OK.
