SUMMARY

Works contains an option that allows you to print footnotes at the end of a document, directly after the body of the text. These are called endnotes. To print endnotes on a separate page, insert a page break at the end of the document.

To print endnotes on a separate page, do the following:

  1. From the File menu, click Page Setup, and click the Other Options tab.
  2. Works 4.0, 4.5, or 4.5a: Click Print Footnotes At End, and click OK.

    Works 3.0: Click Print Footnotes At End Of Document, and click OK.
  3. Press and hold down the CTRL key while you press the END key (CTRL+END) to move the insertion point to the end of the document.
  4. On the Insert menu, click Page Break.
