SUMMARY

Microsoft Word version 6.0 for Windows provides a comprehensive list of US and European Avery labels, and their corresponding dimensions and page sizes. This list is helpful in finding the custom label size for label sizes that may not be listed in Microsoft Works version 3.0, 4.0, 4.5, or 4.5a.

NOTE: The list also includes a limited selection of Inmac, Raja, and CoStar LabelWriter labels.

To find the dimensions of labels that may not be included in the Envelopes And Labels dialog boxes of Works, follow these steps:

  1. Open or create a new document in Microsoft Word 6.0 for Windows.
  2. From the Tools menu, click Envelopes And Labels.
  3. Click the Labels tab and click Options.
  4. Click either Laser or Dot-Matrix.
  5. You can now choose from a list of labels. Word also displays the label size and page size information. For more information, click Details.
