WordPerfect 6 ErrMsg: The WP Draw Server Could Not Be Launched (124557)

SYMPTOMS

When you click the Chart or Draw button on the button bar in WordPerfect version 6.0 for Windows, you receive the following error message:
The WP Draw server could not be launched
This same error occurs if you choose Chart or Draw from the Graphics menu.

CAUSE

This error message is sporadic, and no exact cause has been determined.

WORKAROUND

At this time, the only workaround is to try the command again.
