SYMPTOMS

If you copy several records containing a formula in the Database list view, then choose Undo and Redo several times in a row, you may receive a general protection (GP) fault in MSWORKS.EXE.

If you only copy text or numbers, this problem does not occur. This problem also does not occur if you copy from the Spreadsheet module. The problem only occurs when you copy data that includes a formula while in the Database list view.

RESOLUTION

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Works version 3.0 for Windows. This problem was corrected in Works version 3.0a for Windows.
