SUMMARY

The Letterhead WorksWizard provides an option to use clip art in a letterhead. The clip art used by the Letterhead WorksWizard is in a text format that is actually built into the Letterhead WorksWizard; it is not available with the standard graphic clip art in the ClipArt Gallery.

MORE INFORMATION

The Works 3.0 Letterhead WorksWizard allows you to add art to the letterhead. After you elect to use art, the Letterhead WorksWizard presents several Clip Art images from which to choose. These images are built into the Letterhead WorksWizard and are accessible only from the WorksWizard.

The WorksWizard states "To change the clip art later, use the ClipArt Gallery." While these images look similar to those in the Microsoft ClipArt Gallery, they are not related. Different clip art is available in the ClipArt Gallery.

Because these images are in text format and are not a true picture or bitmap, they may have trouble converting to other file types. For example, if the document is saved in a Word for Windows 2.0 format, the Letterhead clip art may show as blank rectangles when opened in Microsoft Word for Windows. This may be corrected by opening and closing the clip art picture in Word or by pasting the image from Works as a bitmap.

Due to the formatting of the picture, clicking the object selects it, but double-clicking does not do anything.
