Add Line to PROTOCOL.INI to Load TCP/IP with Madge Card (100542)

SUMMARY
When loading TCP/IP with the Madge card, be sure to add autoopen=no
to PROTOCOL.INI. This option is not clearly stated in the LAN Manager
documentation, and does not appear in the MS-DOS ini section. The default
value is YES, but TCP/IP needs the OpenAdapter and CloseAdapter functions
from the NIC driver (by means of PROTMAN).
