Edit Groups
You can edit a group’s information using the Edit link or the View Group page.
To Edit a Group:
- Click the Edit link on the group’s row in the main table of the address book.
Note
The Edit link appears on the group’s row only if it is selected as one of the columns for display in the Options - Address Book page.
- The Edit Group page displays the group details.
- Edit the following group information:
Group Name. (Required) Enter a name for the group.
Description. Enter a short description of the group.
Web Address. Enter the group’s web address, such as http://siroe.com.
Group Calendar Address. Enter the group’s calendar address, such as http://cal.siroe.com?calid=john.
- You can add or remove members from a group.
Add. Click this button to search for and add members to this group.
Remove. Select an existing contact from the Group Members list and click Remove to remove the contact.
- Click Save to save the group of contacts.
- Click Cancel to close the page without saving.
