This page displays system inventory in a graphical, tabular, or interactive topology view.The following table describes the buttons and fields on the Topology page.

Select one of the following topology function: - View Archived Topologies - Displays a list of all archived topology snapshots.
- Archive Current Topology - Creates a snapshot of the current topology.

Select one of three topological views: - Graphical - System inventory items and connections are depicted by graphical icons.
- Tabular - System inventory items and connections are depicted in a table format.
- Interactive Applet - System inventory items and connections are depicted in a Java-based applet.

The Data Services Platform (DSP) at which the connection originates. |

The DSP port at which the connection originates. |

The unique port of the device or host. |

Identification of the remote end of connection as a device or a host. |

The host at which the connection originates. |

The host port at which the connection originates. |

How Host Port is connected to Storage Port. |
|
The unique port of the remote storage device. |
|
Identifies the name of the storage device at the remote end of the connection. |

Click to save arrangement as currently shown. |

If On, displays a photographic view of the objects in the topology. If off, displays a line drawing depictions of the objects. |

Click to access the Layout buttons. |

Aligns the switches horizontally or vertically. |

Click to arrange objects from left to right. |
|
Click to arrange objects from top to bottom. |
|
Click to launch the Layout wizard, which provides additional layout options. |
