  PCnet Diagnostic Utility is intended to fulfill the following requirements:
   * DOS utility with character-based screen.
   * Information screen with I/O address, IRQ, MAC address, etc.
   * Internal and External loop-back tests that verify LAN functionality.
   * Link test for peer-to-peer clients that verifies LAN functionality and 
     connections.
   * Support multiple adapters.

  Support AMD PCnet PCI_II, PCnet -FAST, and PCnet -FAST+.

policyaccess.exe - AMD PCnet-PolicyAccess Utility

  AMD PCnet-PolicyAccess is a traffic-prioritization utility that enables 
  the network administrator to prioritize traffic originating from PCnet NIC 
  based desktops and servers. The utility enables setting up of priority 
  filters to classify traffic and IEEE 802.1p based priority setting so that
  higher priority traffic gets processed before normal traffic in the network
  infrastructure. Critical applications and users can be given priority in
  the network in terms of latency and bandwidth requirements.
