Downloading and running ViaVoice Gold Fix #1

1. Click on the ViaVoice Gold Fix #1 link.
2. You should see a dialog box asking you where you want to store this file.
3. You can use any directory to save the fix as it will execute from anywhere
   on your system.
4. Once the download is complete, bring up Windows Explorer by
   right-clicking on the Start button and selecting 'Explore'
5. Use Explorer to return to the directory where you download the fix to.
6. Once you find the fix, simply double-click on the fix program and the
   fix will install itself.
