Setting up Volumizer on Onyx

Hi

  I am presently working on OpenGL Visualization and i have been asked
to develop applications using Volumizer.I request this forum to help me
set up the volumizer on Onyx2.Presently,i am playing with the example
files that i downloaded from the Volumizer site.I need directions as to

1.How do i start compiling and running my own code using Volumizer?
2.What additional libraries am i supposed to include?
3.Where can i find the <# vo/....h> files?What is the path it can be
found?
