Occlusion Testing
- Use projected bounding rectangle of potentially visible object (PVO)
- Compare against hierarchy of occlusion maps
- If completely included in an opaque area, proceed to next step
- Compute conservative depth value from project PVO
- Test against depth estimation buffer
