ECO KIT SUMMARY:
An ECO kit exists for PATHWORKS V4.1B on Windows NT (Server/Workstation)
V3.51 w/service pack 5. This kit addresses the following problems:
o On systems with multiple CPU's (SMP), the system could lockup -
no response from the network or console.
o On systems with multiple CPU's (SMP), any function on the
computer which involves browsing could lockup the system.
o On systems with multiple CPU's (SMP), system hang when using
"File Manager|Disk|Connect Network Drive".
o If target application isn't posting NetBIOS "listen", client
"connect" waits 60 seconds before returning error, rather than
immediately returning "target has no listen posted".
o Corrects formatting of NSP Disconnect Confirm messages for
DDCMP links.
o Random hangs in application program when using NetBIOS API
and NCP Executor Outgoing Timer applied to connection requests,
includes support of a default value.
o Fix to allow disconnect optional data to be sent and received
using Windows Sockets.
o Can't "sclose" DECnet socket without getting illegal memory
reference at end of application.
o Can't connect more than once to an SMP machine.
o Connect request packet size always set to loop back.
o NetBIOS hang problem.
o Memory leaks in SPAWNER, FAL, and PWSOCK.

In order for the corrections in this kit to take effect, the WINDOWS NT
operating system must be restarted. Please see the README.TXT in the
