Log in as superuser (login name root) to the system where you are installing ACMSxp for DIGITAL UNIX. Make sure that you are at the root (/) directory by entering the following command: # cd / Specify the /cdrom directory to be the mount point for the distribution file system on the drive. If your drive is ra1, enter the following command: # mount -dr /dev/ra1c /cdrom Enter a setld command that requests the load function (-l) and identifies the directory in the mounted file system where ACMSxp for DIGITAL UNIX subsets are located. For example, if the directory location for these subsets is /cdrom/AXP/acmsxp/bin, enter the following command: # setld -l /cdrom/AXP/acmsxp/bin The installation procedure now displays the names of ACMSxp for DIGITAL UNIX subsets and asks you to specify the subsets you want to load.
