FS Out (TST - Table)

DESCRIPTION
"FS Out" shows the number of outbound Function Ships (FS) against a specific
remote Temporary Storage (TS) queue.

VALUES
The value of "FS Out" is an integer count of outbound FS requests.

INTERPRETATION
Sun MTP processes an FS out under two circumstances. First, a local application
program may issue a READQ TS, WRITEQ TS, or DELETEQ TS against a remote TS
queue. Sun MTP ships the request to the system identified by "RSys" for the
queue called "RQName". The other condition where this happens is by a request
generated by a remote application program. Such a program's region could have
the TS queue defined as residing in the Sun MTP region while the TS queue can
actually reside somewhere else. In this case, Sun MTP forwards the request to
the "RSys" that it knows about. Regardless of the situation, Sun MTP increments
"FS Out" each time it processes a FS for access to a remote TS queue.

CONCLUSIONS
Use this datapoint to monitor the traffic to a remote TS queue. Note that Sun MTP
also employs the standard CICS prefix pattern matching for a TS queue. Sun MTP
uses the prefix to identify the "RSys" where a remote resides.
