Host (TCT)

DESCRIPTION
"Host" is the name of the system on which a terminal handler client
process executes. Sun MTPScan displays the "Host" for all entry types (except
Free and TR), since the value may be preconfigured in the Sun MTP Terminal
Control Table (TCT).

VALUES
"Host" displays the name of a host machine, up to 16 characters. If Sun MTPScan
cannot determine the name of a host, "Host" displays 'Unknown'.

INTERPRETATION

CONCLUSIONS
The "Pid" value for a terminal handler identifies a specific process running on
a particular "Host". The "Device Name" for UNIX-based terminal handlers
,'Local' and 'Remote', refers to a physical device name on the "Host".

Note that the reason Sun MTPScan does not display "Host" for a TR is that
Sun MTP ignores the corresponding setting in the Sun MTP TCT.
