Status (Startq)

DESCRIPTION
The "Status" represents the current status of an entry on the Startq.

VALUES
The possible values of "Status" are as follows:

Not Expired - not yet time to start
Protected - a protected start waiting for requestor to finish
Terminal Busy - terminal is not available
No BG - not enough background tasks to start this transaction
Servers Busy - not enough TX Servers available
PROCESSQ Full - more entries on the PROCESSQ than there are TX Servers
No ATI * ATI bit not set on a terminal
LU6.2 Fail - LU6.2 send or receive failed, task will be rescheduled
LU6.2 Open Fail - LU6.2 client did not open a socket with the LU6.2 Server
Out of Service - the connection is out of service
No Memory - Sun MTP cannot obtain any more shared memory
LU6.2 Alloc Fail - LU6.2 session allocation failed
No TCT Definition - connection is not defined in the TCT System Entries
Unknown - unknown reason

INTERPRETATION
The "Status" of the entry changes based on Sun MTP system resources. If a
resource is not available to process the entry, the appropriate "Status" is set
for the entry. When the resource is available, the status is reset. Values
marked with a * are not resolvable and will not relinquish their Startq slots.

CONCLUSIONS
If a transaction remains in the Startq for a long time, the "Status" tells
exactly why the transaction is waiting. As long as the "Status" field is blank,
there is nothing blocking its eventual execution.
