Application class ESP_NETRA_FAN

The ESP_NETRA_FAN KM monitors the status of the onboard fans present on the
Netra system. The system monitors the state and speed of the fans and this is
reflected in the monitored parameters.

Note the level of monitoring is dependant of the level of the software present on
the Netra, for example TSalarm does not monitor fan speed.

Note fan speed is only monitored by the LOMlite software - it is not supported
by the legacy TSalarms software.

DIAGNOSTICS

See the man pages for the following commands
Use the /usr/sbin/lom -f command on the system (LOMlite 2)
Use the /usr/sbin/lominfo fan command on the system (LOMLite 1)
Use the /usr/sbin/tsstate command on the system (TSalarms)
