Application class ESP_NETRA_VOLT

The ESP_NETRA_VOLT KM is the container for displaying the voltage information
collected by Netra Systems. This information includes information on the
status of the supply voltages and the system status flags for circuit breakers.

This information is only available on systems supporting the LOMlite version 2
software.

Use the /usr/sbin/lom -v command on the system (LOMlite 2)
