The ESP_NETRA_VOLT_BREAKER KM is responsible for monitoring and displaying the
values of the system status flags which monitor the circuit breakers present on
the Netra system being monitored. The number of status flags is system dependant
with each instantiation of application instance being labeled with the id of the
circuit breaker being monitored.
This functionality is only available on systems running LOMLite version 2
DIAGNOSTICS
compatable software.
