The NetraOverTemp parameter displays the value of the selected onboard
over-temperature sensor representing "ok" as "1" and "fault" as "2". The
initial display is in the form of a patrol stoplight but this may be
expanded to a graphical represented.
The parameter will go into alarm should the parameter go into the fault
condition.
This functionality is only available on systems supporting LOMlite version 2
