Application class ESP_NETRA_CONSOLE

Accessing and displaying information detailing the console buffer, the
ESP_NETRA_CONSOLE KM displays the last 127 bytes of console output
before the last system power off to help in diagnosis of system failures.

This functionality is only available on LOM version 2 and later.

Use the /usr/sbin/lom -b command on the system
