SunForum Product Support

If you have any problems installing or using SunForum, please follow these steps.

	Refer to the CD insert and Users Guide, printed or soft-copy, included with the software.
	Read the rest of the on-line help, especially the README page and release notes. This will include a list of known issues with this release.
	If you have a SunSpectrum^sm contract and still are unable to find an answer, you have the option to contact SunService. When doing so, the following information may be requested: your system configuration (system hardware, operating system version, window manager, graphics hardware) the version of SunForum that you are using (this can be found in the Help -> About... subwindow) a complete description of what you were doing when the problem occurred any "core" file generated (first check the /opt/SUNWdat/bin directory) the contents of any error log files generated (called TRC1 and/or TRC2 in $HOME/.sunforum/trc).
