   telnetw.exe

Problem Description: 

   On a PCNFS 5.1c system open a windows telnet session to a remote host.
   Type Alt C to enter a dos command. 
   Type in DOS DIR and hit enter.

This will bring up a DOS window for the DIR output to be displayed.
Once the output has completed the DOS box remains open until it is closed using the mouse.
When you close the inactive DOS window the telnet window will no longer accept input.
Patch Installation Instructions: 

     Rename current  telnetw.exe  file:
     eg:  ren c:\nfs\telnetw.exe c:nfs\telnetw.old

     Replace current telnetw.exe file with file supplied in this patch:
     eg:  copy a:telnetw.exe c:\nfs\telnetw.exe
