Problem Description:
Unable to launch & close TELNETW from the MS-Office Toolbar

It is possible to install into the MS-Office 4.2 toolbar extra applications.
If you install the TelnetW app into this toolbar, using the command line
	c:\pcnfspro\bin\telnetw
working directory
	c:\pcnfspro\bin
It is now possible to click on the toolbar to start the telnetW application.
The application starts up and allows connection to a remote host.
If Telnet application is now minimized, and then it is attempted to be maximized
using the new toolbar button, this attempt however corrupts the Telnet display
and hangs the Windows.
